Como usar: Tomar 2 tazas al día. Poner 8 oz de agua a hervir a medio fuego con una cucharada de hierba. Ya que comienze a hervir poner a fuego lento y dejar hervir por unos 5 minutos. Colar y servir.

Directions: Set 8 oz of water to boil with one table spoon of herbs at medium fire. Once it begins to boil reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and serve, take twice a day.
